Professor Hal Pawson, UK

Hal Pawson is a Professorial Fellow at the School of the Built Environment, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. Hal’s special interests are in housing and urban policy, especially homelessness, social housing management and area regeneration. As well as leading numerous national research studies for central government departments and other bodies Hal has published widely in academic journals. He is also a member of expert panels for both the Westminster government and the Australian Housing & Urban Research Institute
