Mr Howard Farrand, UK

Howard is Group Chief Executive of the West Mercia Housing Group in the UK which consists of four housing associations: Harden, Kemble, Nexus and Whitefriars. The Group covers the regions of Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Howard is also the current President of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). The CIH is the professional body in the UK for people involved in housing and communities and it currently has over 22,000 members. It also organises an annual conference and exhibition in Harrogate which attracts over 6000 participants.
