$230 room only per night
The rates per room per night are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST), which is charged by the hotel on checkout. The hotels may charge you a surcharge for credit card transaction fees. The displayed conference rates can only be guaranteed when delegates book through the conference registration facilities. Rooms can be booked via the online registration form until Thursday 26 October 2017.
To secure a hotel accommodation booking, credit card details must be provided. The conference organisers will forward your contact details, reservation and credit card details to your selected hotel. The hotel may charge a one night deposit at 30 days prior to the conference start or at check in. Attendees must settle the balance of their account and any incidentals upon check out.
Cancellation advised within 30-15 days of arrival will incur one night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival including no shows will incur full accommodation cost as cancellation.
Most hotels allow you to check in from 2pm. If you wish to check in earlier, additional charges will apply. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please notify the conference secretariat. Failure to advise late arrival may result in your room being released.
Prior to Thursday 26 October 2017, changes to bookings must be forwarded in writing to the conference secretariat. After this date all changes must be directed to the hotel.
