For a change of pace, we are pleased to offer NHC delegates a selection of mindfulness meditation sessions.
Mindfulness meditation helps to decrease stress, improve well-being, sharpen mental focus and increase resilience. It’s a great technique to utilise in the workplace.
The mindfulness sessions run by expert practitioner, Mischa Telford, provide delegates with the opportunity to take time out of their busy conference experience to reflect and return to the afternoon sessions refreshed and ready to engage.
Sessions will run for 15 minutes during lunchtime on both Thursday and Friday during the conference.
Thursday: 12:45 – 1pm and 1:05 – 1:20pm
Friday: 1:05 – 1:20pm and 1:25 – 1:40pm
