Generation Rent

More than a quarter of all Australian households are private renters, with the sector growing at twice the rate of all households between 2006 and 2016. Along with growth, the sector is fragmenting, particularly at the low-price end of the market. How can we ensure a fair and equitable system for the growing number of Australians who will be renters for life?
