Brendan Moyle

 Brendan Moyle

Brendan has extensive experience in leading Aboriginal community controlled organizations, and working in senior roles across government social support, capability and regulatory programs. This experience has seen him work across the housing framework; through the provision of public housing, community and social housing delivery, and Ministerial advisory roles. He has been on the board for SEARMS for approximately seven years, and has served as Chairperson and Co-Chairperson for approximately five years before taking on the role of Deputy Chairperson in 2018.

Brendan also has significant experience leading a number of Aboriginal community controlled organizations and is currently the Deputy Chairperson of the Ngambri Local Aboriginal Land Council (previously Chairperson for approximately 12 years) and the Chairperson of the NSW/ACT Aboriginal Legal Service. He formerly served as he Deputy Chairperson of the Burringiri Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Centre in the ACT, Chairperson of Minnie’s Aboriginal Health and Housing Corporation in Queanbeyan, and a founding member of the NSW Aboriginal Land Council’s Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC).
