 Caine Carroll

Caine Carroll is a proud Ngunnwal man.

Caine is currently the Services Our Way (SOW) Place Manager of the Western Sydney, Nepean Blue Mountains region, and has been part of the SOW team since 2013.

The SOW program is delivered by the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) and is designed, managed and delivered by Aboriginal staff.

SOW uses a unique holistic and collaborative approach to support vulnerable Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to articulate their needs, determine their goals, and work towards their vision of a good life.

Caine has been in the NSW Government sector for 15 years, and prior to the AHO was with Ageing, Disability Home Care (ADHC), NSW Fair Trading and the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board.

Caine is involved with his community in various community focused programs such as running youth football teams to take part in tournaments across the state , local land council and is a passionate and  strong advocate for Aboriginal people and their rights.
