Christine drives sustainable business growth through value creation strategies with a social impact. She is currently Executive General Manager Strategy and Business Development for the Defence and Social Infrastructure Sector of Broadspectrum. In this role, Christine delivers growth by listening to clients and end-users, leading multi-disciplinary teams and formulating innovative solutions to complex issues.
With over fifteen years’ leadership experience in strategy, business development and change management across the infrastructure, services and Government sectors, Christine has led significant projects and change programs, restructures and acquisitions within business and across industry. She has held senior leadership roles at Bilfinger Berger Services, Ventia and The Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering and is a former commercial litigator at Clayton Utz. Since 2014 she has been a Masters of Project Management guest lecturer for the University of Technology, Sydney.
Some of Christine’s achievements include leading a tenfold growth of the Bilfinger Berger Services business in four years, being awarded the Engineers Australia Engineering Excellence Award as coauthor of “Professional Performance Innovation and Risk in Australian Engineering Practice” and mentoring an indigenous teenager who was the first person in her family to finish school and enter university.
