 Desley Slade

Desley Slade is the Manager of Assets and Service Development for Many Rivers Regional Housing. She is a descendant of the Gamilaroi people of Moree, NSW.  In her role, Desley coordinates and develops community engagement initiatives to improve housing outcomes for Aboriginal people. Desley has been actively involved in addressing issues associated with the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people for over 10 years. Throughout her career, she has strived to ensure that Aboriginal health issues are promoted thorough advocacy, research and health management.
