As the Head of Infrastructure since 2016, Diana is responsible for developing and cultivating a high performance team aligned with Cbus’ values to achieve the sector objectives. She is responsible for Cbus’ $5.5 billion infrastructure sector portfolio design and construction, developing and implementing the hybrid investment strategy, market positioning and key stakeholder engagement. This includes collaborating with fund managers and leading direct investment in brownfield and greenfield infrastructure transactions and asset management. The implementation of this strategy has enabled Cbus to leverage its scale to achieve strong performance outcomes and cost savings for members. Diana has 18 years industry experience and is a Non-executive Director for Forth Ports UK and Bright Energy Investments Australia. Diana’s previous roles include Director for KPMG’s Infrastructure and Transportation Group, Associate for Infrastructure Investment Banking at Credit Suisse in the UK and various entrepreneurial pursuits including venture capital. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds an MBA, Judge Business School, the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honors) from the University of Cape Town. Diana has a strong passion for diversity and inclusion and for over 15 years has been involved in mentoring and coaching initiatives aimed at helping others achieve their potential.
