Kim brings over a decade’s experience in the Community Housing sector at a senior level. She has been directly involved in strategic planning and implementation of initiatives transforming a CHP property management provider to a leading Tier 1 CHP owner provider and developer under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing Providers (NRSCH) as well as restructuring of a supported independent living provider’s business model for sustainability under the requirements of the NDIS framework.

With senior level roles of corporate governance (including quality and risk management), corporate support (including finance), operations (property and tenancy management) and development (new business and management), she has shared a provider perspective in local and national forums about CHP business and financing models as well as various federal and local government advisory groups in the formation of: NRSCH; NRAS; the Charity Act 2013 and local Residential Tenancy Act and Affordable Housing planning.

As the CEO of an Aboriginal Community Housing Owner Provider, Kim will share her experiences and provide insight into the critical success factors for a sustainable CHP and the unique differences between mainstream and Aboriginal frameworks and service delivery.
