 Luke Bo’sher

Luke is the CEO of Summer Foundation, Luke leads the organisation’s work to develop housing for people with disability using NDIS funding and managing relationships with government stakeholders and communicating the findings of Summer Foundation’s work in order to influence government policy in relation to young people living in nursing homes.

Luke was intimately involved in the development of the NDIS, working extensively on scheme’s design and housing policy in his roles as a Director at the National Disability Insurance Agency and advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Luke’s disability sector experiences include three years working in residential disability services, including government and non-government run supported accommodation.

In 2016 Luke completed a Fulbright Scholarship at New York University’s Centre for Urban Policy focusing on affordable housing and social finance, where he also earned a Master of Public Administration.
