 Lynden Pennicott

Lynden is the Director of Tenancy Services with the Department of Communities Tasmania.  Tenancy Services is responsible for the management of tenancy outcomes achieved through social housing providers (including Housing Tasmania and Better Housing Futures providers).

Lynden has held a range of positions in both Government and the private sector working in Australia and overseas.  He commenced working in the banking and finance industry where he spent over a decade in a range of lending, management and project management roles.  He subsequently moved into government taking on a senior project management role for Tasmania Police.

Lynden is a past President and Board member of the Australasian Housing Institute and is a member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia.

Lynden holds a Graduate Certificate of Social Science (Housing Management and Policy) from Swinburne University of Technology.
