 Lynette  Graham

Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience in the social, welfare and justice system, Lynette Graham, is a passionate advocate who specialises in supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people, Indigenous communities and their families. As an Aboriginal woman, she is determined to play an active role in developing relationships in local communities so that vulnerable people have an active and empowered voice in community decisions.

In her role with Programmed Facility Management, Lynette has developed an outreach program for ACT Housing social housing residents focused on early intervention and prevention for health and wellbeing for Aboriginal men and women in collaboration with community partners ‘Closing the Gap’ initiative and Diabetes Australia. This program focused on young mums and linking them to support services across the social housing, welfare and justice systems as well as providing training on child development, nutrition and self-care.
