Megan Lawrance is the CEO of a leading Aboriginal Community Housing Provider, Many Rivers Regional Housing. Megan’s career has centred on the delivery of services for vulnerable people, leading both health and social services. She is passionate about the pivotal role stable and quality housing plays in Aboriginal wellbeing. Her PhD research explores the importance of organisational partnerships for achieving health outcomes. Many Rivers seeks to improve Aboriginal wellbeing through housing, partnerships and community development. Many Rivers provides property management services using a culturally safe, trauma-informed model of delivery. Their tenant-focused services are shaped by the social reality of each tenant.
