 Peter Gill

Peter Gill is one of Queensland’s leading urban planners.

His passion lies in the ‘weave’ of planning; the development of the big idea and framing bespoke market responsive delivery over time, to the delivery of ‘on the ground’ success through site-based realisation of new design opportunities.

Accordingly, his 25 year career to date has spanned roles in the private sector and government.  His project experience is extensive, and has included involvement in major strategic infrastructure and land use planning transformation initiatives to significant land development projects.

He is particularly proud of his involvement in major ‘transformative’ projects for clients across Queensland, including the Toowoomba and Townsville CBD Master Plans, The Gold Coast Airport Property Strategy, the Coomera Town Centre development vision, and more recently the delivery of the Yeerongpilly Green Urban Village.  These projects have each required the holistic application of multi-disciplinary technical analysis and market responsive design, and the realisation of new major development delivery approaches.
