Kate Breen

Kate has an extensive background in Social and Affordable Housing strategy development, program design and delivery. This includes advising State and Local Governments and planning authorities, residential developers and not-for-profit housing companies at strategic, precinct and site-based levels. Kate is currently overseeing delivery of the BuyAssist shared equity home ownership program with a focus on supporting investor, developer and housing agency relationships, governance and compliance, and program delivery.
